The floor plans are similar from one floor to the next, with the exception of the fourth floor, which has a mezzanine. Each unit belongs to an individual, a couple, or a family — the decor and furnishings bear their signature.

Located at 750 Monseigneur-De Laval Boulevard in Baie-Saint-Paul, perched above the village with a view of the St. Lawrence River. The village center is a few minutes away, and the beach is about a 9-minute drive.
Yes. The complex was called La Pignoronde and is now called Aurea Charlevoix. Same location, same view, new identity.

The indoor pool, gym, lounge, and panoramic terrace are accessible to all guests. A large function room can be reserved in advance for gatherings or business meetings.
Arrival from 4pm, departure at 11am. Arrival is self-service, with an access code provided before your stay.

Some units are equipped with an on-site charging station. This will be indicated on the unit's information sheet. A fast charging station is also located approximately 5 minutes away by car.
