Each condo belongs to a different owner: the decor and furnishings vary from one unit to another, even when the layout is similar. However, the rental management is the same everywhere.
On the third floor of the complex, overlooking the river, at 750 Monseigneur-De Laval Boulevard, a few minutes from downtown Baie-Saint-Paul.
Aurea Charlevoix is perched above Baie-Saint-Paul, at 750 Monseigneur-De Laval Boulevard. The town centre, its art galleries and restaurants are just minutes away.
Baie-Saint-Paul beach is about a 9-minute drive away, and Le Massif de Charlevoix is about 15 minutes away. For groceries and essentials: IGA and SAQ are about 5 minutes away, and a pharmacy is 3 to 5 minutes away.
The complex has an elevator serving all floors. Free outdoor parking is available on site, with no significant difference in elevation between the parking lot and the main entrance.
