We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Excellent value for money. The elevated property offers breathtaking views of the bay and river. The condo is spacious. I suggest adding a blanket for the sofa in the living room. A changing room at the pool would be a much-appreciated bonus, to avoid returning to our condo soaking wet in our swimsuits. We will definitely return. Congratulations on the very natural setting.

Perfect location for exploring the Baie-Saint-Paul region. Magnificent view. Well-equipped apartment. The only slight drawback is that the gym could be better equipped (two treadmills and a full rack of dumbbells would suffice). Very clean

A very beautiful place. Exactly as described on the website. Breathtaking views, clean and welcoming facilities. However, a few drawbacks. The unit we had (405) is on two levels with a mezzanine and cathedral ceiling, and the echo was very loud, to the point of being disturbing. Putting a fork on the counter echoes everywhere… so keep that in mind if you're with people who speak loudly. Another thing to note is that there's no corridor leading to the unit. You access it via an exterior walkway. So when you come back from the pool, you have to walk a certain distance from the main building to your unit. It can't be very pleasant in the middle of winter. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay.

The 405 is WOW!! It has everything, and what a view! The only thing I would have appreciated is a shared charging station on site. I highly recommend this accommodation, which offers excellent value for money. A must-see.

Spacious, clean, beautiful view! One small drawback: the soundproofing of the concrete slab... either the people above us were wearing their ski boots or they were having a party, but we could hear a lot of footsteps above our heads.

Where is Aurea Charlevoix located?

Located at 750 Monseigneur-De Laval Boulevard in Baie-Saint-Paul, perched above the village with a view of the St. Lawrence River. The village center is a few minutes away, and the beach is about a 9-minute drive.

Aurea Charlevoix, is that the old Pignoronde?

Yes. The complex was called La Pignoronde and is now called Aurea Charlevoix. Same location, same view, new identity.

How far away is Le Massif de Charlevoix?

Approximately 15 minutes by car.

What facilities are shared between the units?

The indoor pool, gym, lounge, and panoramic terrace are accessible to all guests. A large function room can be reserved in advance for gatherings or business meetings.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival from 4pm, departure at 11am. Arrival is self-service, with an access code provided before your stay.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Two nights for the vast majority of units. The exact minimum is indicated on each unit's information sheet.

Are pets allowed?

In certain units only, and fees apply. Each unit's information sheet clearly indicates this.

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?

Some units are equipped with an on-site charging station. This will be indicated on the unit's information sheet. A fast charging station is also located approximately 5 minutes away by car.

Why are the units all different?

Because they belong to separate co-owners. The floor plans are similar, but the decor and furnishings reflect each owner's taste. The description of each unit helps you choose.

How do we make a reservation?

Each unit can be booked directly from its own listing. Some are managed by their owner, others by a rental manager.
