Magnificent place! The view was breathtaking too! An immaculate and very comfortable condo. The rooms and bedding met all our expectations. This will definitely be our place to stay when we return to Baie-Saint-Paul!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Excellent value for money. The elevated property offers breathtaking views of the bay and river. The condo is spacious. I suggest adding a blanket for the sofa in the living room. A changing room at the pool would be a much-appreciated bonus, to avoid returning to our condo soaking wet in our swimsuits. We will definitely return. Congratulations on the very natural setting.

Perfect location for exploring the Baie-Saint-Paul region. Magnificent view. Well-equipped apartment. The only slight drawback is that the gym could be better equipped (two treadmills and a full rack of dumbbells would suffice). Very clean

A very beautiful place. Exactly as described on the website. Breathtaking views, clean and welcoming facilities. However, a few drawbacks. The unit we had (405) is on two levels with a mezzanine and cathedral ceiling, and the echo was very loud, to the point of being disturbing. Putting a fork on the counter echoes everywhere… so keep that in mind if you're with people who speak loudly. Another thing to note is that there's no corridor leading to the unit. You access it via an exterior walkway. So when you come back from the pool, you have to walk a certain distance from the main building to your unit. It can't be very pleasant in the middle of winter. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay.

The 405 is WOW!! It has everything, and what a view! The only thing I would have appreciated is a shared charging station on site. I highly recommend this accommodation, which offers excellent value for money. A must-see.

Spacious, clean, beautiful view! One small drawback: the soundproofing of the concrete slab... either the people above us were wearing their ski boots or they were having a party, but we could hear a lot of footsteps above our heads.

These rules apply to all units. Some policies vary from unit to unit, particularly regarding animals and the charging station: the policy for each unit is the authoritative one.

Arrival and departure

Arrival from 4pm. Departure at 11am. Arrival is self-service, with an access code provided before the stay.

Minimum stay

Two nights for the vast majority of units. The exact minimum is indicated on the unit's information sheet.

Tobacco

Smoking is prohibited inside the units and common areas.

Animals

Accepted in certain units only, with a fee. The unit's information sheet is the definitive reference.

Peace and quiet and a friendly neighborhood

The complex is a residential condominium. Respect for the neighbors and quiet hours is requested.

Unit equipment

The equipment and dishes belong to each unit and do not circulate from one unit to another.

Parking

Free outdoor parking is available on site. Some units are equipped with a charging station.
